MB Carpets and Tiles Ltd provides professional flooring supply and fitting services including, but not limited to:

• Carpet supply and professional fitting (residential and commercial)
• Porcelain and ceramic tile installation
• Natural stone tile fitting (slate, travertine, limestone)
• Vinyl and LVT flooring supply and installation
• Free home measuring and written quotations
• Underlay supply and professional fitting
• Floor preparation, levelling and subfloor work
• Old flooring removal and disposal
• Carpet re-stretching and repairs

All services are subject to a written quotation agreed upon before commencement of works.

4. Quotations

4.1 Free Measuring Visit

We offer a free, no-obligation home measuring service. Visiting your property to take measurements and advise on flooring does not constitute a contract or commitment on either party.

4.2 Written Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are not binding until accepted in writing by the customer.

4.3 Variations

Any variations to the agreed scope of works must be confirmed in writing and may affect the quoted price and timescale.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in each written quotation
• A deposit may be required before ordering materials
• Balance payment is typically due on completion of the fitting
• Late payments may incur interest as permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
• All payments must be made in British Pounds (GBP)

6. Cancellation

6.1 Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel an agreed job, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have already been ordered or work has commenced.

6.2 Cancellation by MB Carpets and Tiles Ltd

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw from a job where circumstances make it impractical to continue. We will provide reasonable notice and account for all work completed to date.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We maintain full public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request. Our liability is limited to the agreed contract value unless otherwise required by law.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB Carpets and Tiles Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Pre-existing floor or subfloor conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

7.3 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property and rooms where work is to be carried out. Furniture removal, unless expressly agreed and quoted for, is the customer's responsibility.

8. Warranty and Aftercare

Our workmanship is guaranteed. If you experience any issues with a fitting carried out by us, please contact us within a reasonable period and we will investigate and remedy any fault that is attributable to our work. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MB Carpets and Tiles Ltd and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission.
